A Mountain-top Stroll, Applecross

Tuesday June 14, 2016 • 4:00 pm

Starting from one of Britain’s highest roads allows us to take in a Corbett summit (Sgurr a’ Chaorachain, 792m) with magnificent views, for relatively little uphill walking. We’ll look out for mountain birds, deer, and upland plants. Note that this walk still contains rugged and exposed terrain, despite the modest ascent, so come prepared for a mountain day and bring lunch. Booking essential. Meeting place given out on booking. Grade D. Adults £15.00, conc. £7.50. Contact Reuben on 01854 613904 or [email protected]
